WARM UP/MOBILISE

WOD

A: Push Jerk 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3

+

2 x Max Reps @ 70% of  above 3RM
Rest 2 minutes

B: In Teams, You Go, I Go. Each person must complete:
4 x 150m Shuttle Run (AFAFP)

*Cones will be laid out at 5m intervals between 5m -25m.

Each athlete will start on a “Go” signal and run to the 5m cone and returned then repeat for the 10m, 15m, 20m, and 25m cones. Then rest.
Score is total time for the team.

COOL DOWN/STRETCH
