The Teen Gauntlet returns to Reebok CrossFit 3D today. If you are at a loose end with your Saturday afternoon, come down and watch some of the future talents that the country has to offer. These athletes are seriously impressive! Any volunteers that could lend a hand would also be massively appreciated.

5 Single Arm DB Push Press (Right)
Run 800m

 *The Push Press is a single arm press, the weight should be challenging BUT unbroken.
