CrossFit Test 2

A: 20 minutes to establish a 15RM GTOH

There is NO time limit on an attempt, but the weight cannot be rested on the ground. Resting in the hang, rack or overhead is ok. At the ground the athlete MUST touch and go.

Suggested Scale:
The same work out is performed, each athlete has 20 minutes to establish a 15RM, however the range would be from Hang to Overhead. DB’s or BB’s could be used depending on the athlete.

Rest 2 minutes

B: For Time:
Complete 12 GTOH @ 100% of above 15RM

Rest 2 minutes

C: For Time:
Complete 9 GTOH @ 100% of above 15RM
