CrossFit Saturday 8th February

To acknowledge the release of both films “Lone Survivor” and “Murph: The Protector” we will be running the hero WOD “Murph” today. Both films are about Operation Red Wing, an operation in which Murph and many other SEALs lost their lives. Many of these guys were also avid CrossFitters.
