Set 3 @ 125/90

 

Every minute on the minute, for 5 minutes, ascend the following ladder:

 

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Deadlifts (UNBROKEN)

 

10, 10, 10, 10, 10 Box Jumps 24”/20”

 

Rest 3 minutes between sets.
