WOD:

On a rolling clock, In 90 seconds, ascend the following ladder on the Rower:

 

250 – 300 – 350 – 400 – 450 – 500 – 550

 

Rest 90 seconds.

 

*If the athlete fails to make the distance in 90 seconds, then the WOD is over.
