Those of you who don’t know, our Head Trainer and Affiliate owner, Karl Steadman works for CrossFit HQ as one of the lead Flow Masters. This means he is in charge of the weekend when a Level 1 Course is going on. During the HQ Seminar Staff summit in 2013 the CrossFit HQ media team took some time to catch up with Karl and ask a few questions.
