A) Every 2 mins for 10 mins Max strict pull ups/Hinge Pulls

3 x Through:

B1) 12-15 Front Squats (chose a weight that’s challenging but you can go unbroken)

Rest 30 secs

B2) Max Chin up hold for secs

Rest 60 secs

C) Lunge 400m
