30 Bench Press @ Bodyweight

Row 500m

30 Strict Pull Ups

(Weighted, if possible)

Row 500m

 

*The athlete’s aim is to be constantly moving (steadily) until the work is completed.

Any excessive pauses during repetitions count as a break.

Athletes rotate through the movements until they accumulate 30 reps BP, and 30 reps WPU’s. The WOD finishes with a 500m Row.
