“Test 3”

Tabata Air Squat

Then:

Max Muscle ups in 4 minutes

Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals

Tabata score is the least number or reps performed in any of the intervals

Time for the muscle ups begins immediately after the last 10 sec rest interval

Test score is Tabata score multiplied by number of muscle ups
