Our CrossFit Kids and Teens classes started in 2014 with just one class a week. We now have three main classes spread over evenings and weekends. Our coaches are CrossFit Kids trained and modify every exercise according to age and ability. Every child and class is closely monitored to ensure they are safe and, most importantly, having fun.
Why join CrossFit Kids?
Fun! - CrossFit kids is more than fitness. Kids can swing from ropes, crawl like bears and learn functional strength movements without even knowing that’s what they’re doing. Every class is different so they never get bored.
Friends - Both our kids and teens classes learn the value of friendship, respect and camaraderie through things like partner workouts, team motivation and simply cheering one another on.
Skills for Life - Children will build confidence and learn to trust themselves and others. Whether it’s winning a tug of war or getting a deadlift personal best, achieving goals individually, or as a team, teaches kids and teens that hard work pays off and feels good.
Foundational strength - When executed correctly, strength and conditioning training can help protect children’s muscles and joints from sports injuries and help them perform even better across a range of other sports like football or gymnastics. This is especially good for secondary school age children competing in sports.
Mental agility - studies show that regular exercise can help improve brain function in children. It also helps teens to release tension, master discipline and enjoy friendly competition; skills they can apply in all areas of life.
Health - introducing children to functional fitness at an early age gives them a lifelong love of exercise, helping them to live healthy and active lifestyles.

Teens: Ages 12-17
Monday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
£35 per month one class per week
£55 per month two classes per week
Kids: Ages 4-11*
Saturday 8:15am – 9:00am
£25 per month/£40 for two children
*3 year olds may be accepted following a conversation with the CrossFit kids coach
