Small Group Personal Training
At 3D our Personal Training program is delivered in Small Groups. All sessions are capped at 6 members per session and are often less as we have sessions running all day for unrivalled flexibility.
The benefits of Small Group Personal Training are:

- Each session is tailored to the individual’s abilities

Michael Madden
Mike has been coaching people to get fit and healthy for over 18 years from 121 sessions to group training. During this time he’s also worked as an educator in the fitness industry helping 100s of fitness professionals improve their knowledge and coaching skills. Mike has coached people from a multitude of backgrounds and abilities, from athletes and fitness professionals to Mums, Dads and office workers. Mike’s passion has always been in helping and teaching ordinary folk just how extraordinary they can be with a little help and guidance.
Mark Banner
Mark started CrossFit over four years ago and went onto to compete his CrossFit Level 1 training. He is also a fully qualified PT and loves helping people to get fitter and stronger, not just in the gym but in all areas of their life.
Mark also plays rugby, competes in Thai boxing and is learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Away from sport he likes to read and get out for long walks and still hasn’t given up on Manchester United winning something one day.

Jamie Stewart
Sport and fitness has always been a huge focus in Jamie’s life from competing in Downhill mountain biking to Ultra marathons – he’s always loved a challenge.
Jamie spent many years in Thailand training with pro fighters and wakeboarders and it was in Thailand where he found the CrossFit bug. Jamie took up CrossFit in 2016 and immediately enjoyed the variety it brought and he has now been coaching CrossFit for 5 years.
“The golden rule is that everyone starts their fitness journey somewhere be it early years of life or latter – it’s never too late to start your journey”.
In addition to Jamie’s passion for CrossFit he continues training in Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He also love carrot cake, the mountains, surfing and strongly dislikes middle lane drivers!!
