The overall aim of CrossFit is to help participants become stronger and more capable in all physical areas of their lives. It isn’t always about being bigger but, rather, getting better.

CrossFit Workouts

CrossFit is defined by workouts that are constantly varied. Every workout consists of different movements, with different time limits and weight loads. Every WOD (workout of the day) is designed to challenge different parts of your body. This approach exists to improve every aspect of physical fitness, from strength and stamina to speed and technique. It also means our members never get bored. Though there are some classic CrossFit workouts (WODS), like Fran or Cindy, you’ll find that no two days are exactly the same.
