Results

The results you see from CrossFit are very very real. Your body will change, and likely your mindset, and you may well see a different number on the scales. That’s not how CrossFit elevates your workout though. When you start CrossFit you can track the weights you lift, the bands you use for pull ups and the range of motion you can complete. For the first few weeks, you might manage a few box step ups, then you’ll find yourself doing full box jumps, until one day you’ve completed a max height box jump that seemed completely impossible on day one. 

The ability to see exactly how far you’ve come through real, measurable skills is where you start to see the science of CrossFit for yourself. Lifting 25kgs then 30kgs and then, one day 60kgs, is a smack-in-the-face way to see that CrossFit really works. You can’t argue with progress.
