30 day trial
Try CrossFit 3D for 30 days with no obligation for a one off fee
If you decide to stay after your 30 days, you’ll move onto the unlimited membership at £119 per month.
As part of your trial you’ll be invited to an introduction session to go through the key CrossFit movements, gain unlimited access to classes, full use of open gym plus support through the month from a coach.

It does what it says on the tin. Come to CrossFit 3D as much as you want.
Join in with classes, use the facilities and drop in to open gym sessions.
To keep things simple we have 1 membership option which has an initial 3 months commitment period. Once the 3 months is past there is a 30 day notice period.

3DPT
3D also offers personal training in small groups.
If you want the flexibility to book into PT sessions when suitable to you rather than having a fixed weekly slot this is the membership for you with over 6 sessions a day available.
3DPT will make you fitter and stronger with sessions tailored to your abilities.

DROP INS, kickstarters and trial weeks
We offer drop-in sessions for those who are travelling for work or pleasure, want to try the gym out for an extended period with no commitment, or who aren’t able to attend regularly. Please choose the ‘one-off’ option when you book a class.
We also regularly host kickstarter programs or friends and family weeks to help you start your CrossFit journey with us. Keep an eye on the @CrossFit3D Instagram for the next event.
