At CrossFit 3D we pride ourselves on being for everyone. We want each & every one of our members to reach and surpass their goals.
The only thing you need to start CrossFit is enthusiasm. Our inspirational members come from a wide variety of backgrounds and make CrossFit 3D a very motivational and supportive environment. If you’ve been thinking about trying CrossFit but aren’t sure where to start, here’s a few things that you might find helpful
What is CrossFit Training?
CrossFit training is a combination of compound functional movements performed at a high intensity. Every workout is different but typically you can expect some cardiovascular movements like running or rowing alongside weight training using various equipment like medicine balls, barbells and kettlebells. Take a look at Our Gym to see the type of CrossFit equipment you can expect to use.
CrossFit Trainers
All of our CrossFit trainers are specifically trained and will coach you through each workout to make sure you get the most out of every minute. Each CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) includes a technique based session where members can practise each movement and every workout can be done at your own pace. There’s no such thing as ‘getting it wrong’ and our trainers are here to help you get it right.
CrossFit for Beginners
We don’t ask our members to sign up to long contracts, but even so, it can be daunting to try a new gym for the first time. Which is why you can come and try CrossFit 3D for free with an Introduction to CrossFit session. Remember, every member was once a beginner and will encourage, support and motivate you as you build confidence and progress through your workouts.
CrossFit Athletes
If you’re already into CrossFit but are looking for a change; maybe you need a gym closer to you in Manchester, or want to push yourself at a larger gym? Our Introductory sessions are open to you too. We’d love to show you around our extensive gym floor and talk to you about what we can offer
